I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
Interview process is in general stupid. I get that they want you to know about the company and the role, but it feels overly excessive and slightly irrelevant sometimes. They recruited me in my last year of undergrad and in final stage interview started asking me wayy too many questions about my high school background. overall, interview process felt like a complete waste of my time.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Question 1
Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
