The interview process consisted of four stages, each designed to assess different aspects of a candidate’s qualifications. It began with a personality assessment intended to evaluate traits such as communication style and overall fit with the company’s work environment. The second stage was a video interview, where candidates responded to structured questions about their background, experience, and interest in the role.
Those who advanced then completed a live interview with a member of the talent acquisition team, which focused more deeply on their experience and motivations. The final stage of the process was a case study, where candidates were asked to analyze a scenario and demonstrate their problem-solving and analytical abilities.
