Interview
The AlphaSights interview process is intensive but exciting. The company has a lot to offer and they know it, so make sure you do your research and are able to identify the nuances about the organization that make their work different from other consulting groups.
1) You submit an incredibly easy initial application
2) You're contacted to complete an online assessment that involves surprise questions flashing onto the screen and then you replying using a video that the application records. No do-overs so be prepared!
3) You'll be contacted for a Skype interview with someone in HR. The questions are pretty straight forward as long as you did your research. You review your resumé, discuss your goals, your interest in AlphaSights, they assess if you understand what the firm does and also clarify some of the duties of the position
4) You may be invited for an on-site interview. The visit takes about half the day during which you meet with two-three different individuals. Like the other's have stated on glass door. You spend some of the time going through scenarios and case studies as well as reviewing your resumé again and discussing why you believe you can perform effectively in the position.
5) You'll be invited to interview with a top executive in the firm along the same lines as the prior interviews but focusing more on you, your goals for your career and identifying how alphaSights can help you reach those goals.
6) If all goes well, an offer!

Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
