Applied for the position of Associate and submitted my CV to their website. Not long until I received a link to the AVA test that was to be completed within 72 hours. Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
