I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied online to the New York and San Francisco office. Got a super speedy e-mail (they seem to take pride in being fast and responsive with the interview process) asking me to complete the Video Assessment within 5 business days. It's a recorded interview that you do yourself. Straightforward. They ask you 5 questions, you have 30 seconds to prepare and up to 1 minute to respond. If you do your homework on Glassdoor and look through the questions people post, practise your responses to them (try practising into your webcam), you will maximise your chances of doing well. Just completed my video assessment and waiting to hear back.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
