I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Kon Hang) in Dec 2016
Interview
I had over 4 rounds on interview with AlphaSights. After the final round, they didn't call or email me to notify the results, so I knew I didn't make the final cut. Based on my experience, the internal team seems not having a good communication to each other. There are so many questions overwrap between every rounds. What I didn't like about the last interview was, they expect you to know about AlphaSights more than its employees do. I answered to their questions based on the research I have done for past few months. And they didn't like my answer and continuously ask me the same questions to force me to say the answer that they had in their minds.
About the interview process, I am really not sure if 4 rounds are necessary for this company and the position. AlphaSights is not a consulting company such as Bain or BCG, but they seemed to be very proud of themselves. Also, I didn't like about the final round. As an applicant who spent more than 2 months preparing for the interview and taking this seriously, they could at least email me that I didn't get in.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
