Applied online. The process took more than 3 months. Until the last stage, my experience was positive.
However, I find it unacceptable that they told me after 6 rounds of interviews that I am not suitable for this role only because I am coming from International Relations background, not Business... When I asked them one of my previous interviewers coming from Theology background, they told me that they need to see clearly the reason behind the change in a career path which was not the case for me. They knew that I hold a degree in International Relations since the beginning, why then they invited me for 6 rounds of interviews? I would expect Alphasights to value diversity not disqualifying candidates just on the grounds of academic background. I am very disappointed with my experience with them and I think their attitude is not a really professional one...

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
