After applying online, they will send you an email for a video assessment. They give you one round where it's a practice, and the rest are timed. Make sure your answers are under 1 minute (some are shorter). After my video assessment, an HR rep reached out to me on the same day. You can schedule the date and time of your next Skype interview via their scheduling tool. They will provide you with a video explaining the BREAD process (review it well). During the video interview with the HR rep, I found her to be very disengaged with the conversation. When she asked me a question, it did not seem like she was actually listening to my answer. For example, she would ask me what the company does in my own words or to explain the bread process. Afterwards, she would reiterate what I had just said even though I had answered the question correctly. It seemed like she just wanted to get through the process as quick as possible and was not interested in knowing the candidates.
