Interview
Online application which is complimented with live video questions. First round Skype interview with HR. Second round case study style interview with 2 managers again via Skype. Final round interview with a VP at London office.

What would you do if you faced an obstacle that you cant resolve.
Brief 15 min motivational based interview with member of the HR team from the office I was applying to. Then longer 1 hour interview in person. More motivational questions as well as personal fit questions. Tested my understanding of the role and followed up with a few additional questions on what I would do in certain situations.

Interview
Had two interviews, one short answer online video submission, questions that showed up are already posted here, and one in person interview. Didn't pass the second interview. Overall, the process was nice and people i talked to were very friendly.
