I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
The video assessment was a series of four questions where you had 30 seconds to think of your answer and then one minute to talk. There were no redos or pauses and it was immediately submitted after completion. The process was very different than the usual interview as it is strange to be speaking to a computer asking you questions rather than having a conversation with another person. The questions were not very difficult though and it was a very quick assessment.
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
