I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
Applied online. Shortly after, I received an email with a link to a video interview assessment, which had 4 questions I had to answer by recording a video of myself talking. You have 30 seconds to prepare for each question, and a minute to answer each one. The questions are all readily available on Glassdoor -- mostly fit based questions, nothing technical, but you should have a good grasp of what the company does and how the position fits into your career aspirations. Company website, blog, and videos are great resources for this. This is followed by a skype video interview with a recruiter, then an on-site.
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
