I applied for an Analyst position with the SF office and HK office.
After submitting an application, I was sent links to do video assessments. Be aware that for different offices, they may have different deadlines. For SF, I was given 7 days; for HK I was given a 72 hour deadline. The whole assessment will take about 15-20 minutes; the bulk of which is setting up your audio and camera equipment. They will ask you a question, give you half a minute to think about how to answer and then 1 minute to answer the question for 4 questions.

What was the most challenging thing you had to do?
30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
