First round was the AVA - where they asked you 4 questions (can find all questions on glassdoor), I had issue with mine so I had to do a phone screening with them instead. But this is the same process, they'll ask you 4 questions. Second round was with an HR representative. This round was all behavioral, but it was a little bit distracting that she was writing while I was speaking, it just felt like she wasn't paying complete attention. Third round was on-site, it was 2 1-hour interview. This is where you'll do the case study - they'll give you 3 cases, you'll have to choose 2 cases and find 2 advisors for each (4 in total). After the case study, you'll be doing 1 mock call to the advisor and 1 mock call to the client. This really won't be any case interview that you've done and there really isn't a way for you to prepare for it. They expect you to know people's titles within the company, which I thought was a little unreasonable, they also expect you to know how much they pay for the advisors and how much they charge the clients. Overall, I'm not really disappointed in not getting the job because it is very much a salesperson job. You have a quota you're supposed to meet every month and you're essentially help sell AlphaSights' services.
