I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Oct 2017
Interview
After submitting the resume, the first part of the interview is on video which is a strange experience if you never did one before. The hardest part was setting up lighting and cameras. The questions are fairly standard and can be found on glassdoor with little to no effort. They do actually respond back with a yes or no within the ten business days they tell you to wait.

Question 1
What makes Alphasights different from other companies?
The management consulting interview process typically involves multiple rounds, starting with screening calls, followed by case studies, and behavioral interviews, focusing on problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and cultural fit. It was more on the behavioural and cultural fit as opposed to the technical aspects.
Behavioral-based interview that is quite common among other firms. Really know why you want to be a part of the firm. Gave a video to watch and asked questions regarding that as well.
There are 3 rounds of interviews, 2 behavioral, 1 "case". First two rounds are easy but last round was an hour long of only behavioral questions. Overall not too bad but just very long
