I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
Online Application, Phone Interview, Skype Interview with and then Personal Interview in London HQ.
What the guy told me before is that he did not see my CV and therefore does not know anything about me and in the end he noted it negatively and said he does not know why I am actually applying for alphasights, without even asking anything about my CV and even though I told him why I want to work there and what makes me a perfect fit. This was very confusing. They criticize things which they never asked or not even give you a chance to say anything about you (in regards to this "blind" interview) and in the end the reasons they gave me, where not comprehensible, so again it is only sympathy even when you make a perfect case!!
According to my interviewer, I answered perfectly but he noted negatively that in the end I did the wrong suggestion even though I had arguments why I chose that person. Another person told me before, everything is right as long as you have arguments - obviously it is not. The whole interview went very good according to my feeling, so I assume it is only up to sympathy if they take you or not.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
