Interview
The interview process was smooth until you are a viable candidate. Once they decide that you are not a good fit they completely ignore you. I went through the interview process until the case study round. After that they told me they would inform me in a week and then they never got back. I email the HR person and just got stone cold silence. It is really unprofessional of them. I had spent a lot of time researching about the company and preparing and went to their office twice and they can't even bother to send a reply stating the result of the interview. For a company that prides itself of speedy client service, it is frankly embarrassing that they can't extend that level professionalism in their hiring.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
