Sent in an application and was invited for a video interview the next day. A lot of people have the questions they were asked on here, so pouring through them and practicing your answers for them might be helpful for you. I was asked a lot of the same questions. A couple of days later I was invited to a Skype interview that was scheduled for the next week. What I found interesting was I applied for the job last minute because I was very interested and on my college's career website it said that the job's closing was at the end the month. I have since found that the Associate position is perpetually open and they are always taking new applications. If you are in a rush to apply despite not feeling 100% ready to put in all of the effort and prep that it takes to get to know the company, the BREAD process, etc, my advice would be not to worry. Just apply when you are ready if you are really interested in this job and want to put your best foot forward. I applied last year and every month since, I have seen a job posting for this position, amongst others, pop up on my career website for all of the same offices (NYC, San Francisco, London, etc.) This may mean that they have a high rejection rate, they are expanding rapidly, or a high turnover rate. I am unsure. I give this advice because by the time it came for scheduling the skype interview, it was during a really busy time for me as I had prior obligations that were scheduled months beforehand. I explained this to them and asked for an interview slot a week later and the hiring manager said she wasn't sure she could accommodate since they have a fast-paced hiring process. I am unsure why they don't have much flexibility, as the position is always open.This pushed me to fit into my tight schedule and I couldn't prepare as well as I would have otherwise. I think it showed, as I wasn't offered an additional interview.
