First a video recorded interview, where they display questions on screen and you need to reply to it. They ask you questions such as "What does AlphaSights do" and about yourself. Takes less than 15 minutes. Then a video-chat interview of about 1 hour with someone from HR. They ask you a lot about yourself, your personal goals, what do you hope to be achieving in the near future/see yourself. Why would you want the job/ why would you do well in the job. They asked me why I chose my university as well. Third round is an in-person interview. They will cover up-to $200 of your expenses if you are travelling from outside the city. There, I did a case study of 3 phases. The first, I had 15 minutes to research 2 ideal people for 2 clients. Then we reviewed what I did right and wrong and did a mock call for the consulting people, convincing them to come work for my client. Then, I did a last mock call to my clients convincing them to take the people I found. Last and final round is a video call with the VP of the area you would be potentially working. He was interested in finding out about me and my personality, to see if it was a good cultural fit with the company.
