Interview
The first step is a video interview. They use it in several companies, but I know the HR actually watches the videos one by one.
After this first screening there is a skype interview (if you are not in London): motivation and cv.
2nd round is a case interview that is described below.
3rd round with VP or MD assessing real motivation and get to know the reason why you want to work there. Be prepared to lead the interview in the last round.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
