Interview
Interview process was pretty standard. Consists of three rounds, the first of which is just an online screening where you answer three or four video questions on your computer and submit. Afterwards, I had a skype interview with an employee in the Recruitment department, mainly questions about who I was and why I was interested in AlphaSights. Heard back within a couple of days that I had moved to the next round, which was a 2-hour on-site interview with a couple of cases and more fit questions. Got back very quickly after each round with what the next steps would be.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
