As many other reviewers have stated, they have a very long interview process. I made it to the case study/video interview with two managers and haven’t heard back since, radio silence. I thought that to be pretty rude for going so far in. I interviewed with the Hong Kong office and I live in the United States which made timing the interview difficult. I wouldn’t say they were accommodating as they open 9 am HKT but my interviews were set a few hours after that. The video interview round with a recruiter was not a great experience either, she just rattled off questions, gave me time to answer, made it seem like she didn’t listen to what I had to say and proceeded to answer her own question in a manner that made it seem like what I said was wrong even though it was the exact same thing she said. I never liked one way video interviews (their first round), it always made me think that they don’t value candidates’ times and is very impersonal, should have been a sign to not waste my time.

Question 1
In the case study round they give you 3 prompts and you choose two. You have to find 2 contacts that would be helpful for each case and defend your choice.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (San Francisco, CA)
