The other Glassdoor comments do a pretty great job at describing the process. First, you are invited to a one-sided video interview-- and you have 30 seconds to a 1 minute to answer 4 or 5 questions. The following round was a 45 minute Skype interview. This was just my own experience, but I found that the interviewer seemed immediately bored and annoyed that he had to speak to me. Asked questions, but I felt he checked out the second I opened my mouth to share. I really did try to be personable and sweet, but the interviewer was clearly not engaged or interested in what I brought to the table. I will say, however, that it was extremely informative and I understand that this position is very LinkedIn search engine heavy and has a predominant sales component.
