Interview
First half, they will ask about your CV, your skills, strengths and weakness. Second part is about what Alphasights does. Before the interview, they will send you a video about the BREAD process. The video is very broad, so it's your job to get a bit more specific and identify how each process actually work on a more specific level.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
