Starts with a straight forward one way interview where they ask about you as a person, what you like to do, and what you want to do with your career, and then you move on to a Skype interview where they ask more in depth questions about how you and your career goals fit in with the company. After that, you get invited on site.

What do you like to do on a Saturday off when you have no responsibilities?
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
