The third round of interviews was with someone from upper management. This round made me the most uncomfortable and was my "make it or break it" moment. It seemed like the interviewer was showing the applicant what it would be like to work with someone like that from upper management. My interviewer was condescending and questioned my major life decisions up to this point (where I chose to go to school, what I chose to study in my undergrad etc). He also asked questions that were unrelated to my role and while I was answering these questions, he looked around and seemed uninterested with my answer.
