Five phases: 1) Online application: usual process in which you are asked to upload the CV, a cover letter, and you are asked to answer a few motivational questions about the company and the role. 2) Phone interview: prett straightforward questions about your background, your strenghts, Aphasights and your understanding of the role. At the end of the interview you have the chance to ask questions. 3) Onsite interview: quite a long interview with a member of the HR team. Quite relaxed atmosphere and straightforward questions, mainly about your background, your motivations, and then some questions about Alphasights, its clients, its competitors, the BREAD process, your understanding of the role. Then again, at the end of the interiview you have the chance to ask questions. 4) Case study interview: still haven't attended it. Hope to get to the final stage so as to be able to describe the last two steps. 5) Same as above
