I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online then had an on-campus interview. The on-campus interview was incredibly robotic, rehearsed and not a fluid conversation. I felt that I was being tested the entire time as opposed to the interviewer genuinely wanting to know more about my background. I then moved on to the on-site interview during which I had to do a case study portion and a behavior portion. Both interviewers during this portion again felt rehearsed and robotic. I got no real sense that they actually wanted to talk to me, they were incredibly dismissive of my answers and didn't offer any constructive feedback whatsoever. Like another review said, this is just a sweatshop company with a shiny office.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (San Francisco, CA)
