It was generally satisfactory. The interview is mostly behavioral questions, and they would try to get into your head and understand why you would like to be a part of their team. I was first introduced to Alphasights from the first interview, They would ask you about the BREAD process, something of your cv. Then you would have to take part in the case study. The case study is kinda like a stress test; they would like to assess whether you are up to the pressure when you are working in a tense working environment. For the final interview, you would meet up with the regional head and chat with him about yourself. It was a wonderful experience, yet the prospects are unclear.
