I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
After applying to AS I was contacted by email and scheduled to take a recorded video interview. Once I passed that, I was invited to do a 30 minute video interview with one of the managers at AS. Although I felt the interview went well and was told I was a highly qualified candidate, I was later informed that I did not make it to the final round of interviews because "your strengths do not meet the current needs of our organization as closely as other candidates". This is a bit surprising considering they are always looking for candidates and their job postings remain present for weeks on end.
