I applied in-person. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Hong Kong)
Interview
- HR arranged a screening interview with me a week after I submitted my resume at a career fair. It was around 15 minutes and the interviewer asked a few questions about my resume and what I know about the Associate position. I got an email saying that I could move forward to the next round on the same day.
- The second interview was an on-site interview that lasted for almost an hour. The interviewer mainly asked me questions about my resume and again what I know about AlphaSights and the Associate position. Make sure you know the BREAD process at this stage. I got an email saying that I could move into the next round on the same day as well.
- The third round was a case study round followed by a behavioural interview. I was interviewed by two different managers. The interviewers asked a lot of questions that helped them understand what my thought processes were when doing different tasks.
- The fourth round is supposed to be an interview with the Regional VP.
