Applied through an employee referral. Got the hirevue which was very quick, 3 questions with 60 seconds to respond, behavioral. Then got an email that I was moving on to the video skype round with a member of the team. 45 minute conversation about myself, interests, career goals, etc, as well as details about the role at AlphaSights. Next day I found out I received an invitation to the On-Site interview. 2 hours, behavioral and a case study, pretty straightforward with no crazy questions. Received an email 3 days afterwards that I did not get the job, and they could not give me any feedback.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
