i was invited to make a video interview which is pretty new to me. The video interview will ask three questions like what your career path is, why you choose this company and what the company is about.
After that, i was lucky to be invited to an interview asking more personal questions like why I need to choose you instead of others, what our company is about, what is your hobby...etc but more personal questions are asked anyway.

more unexpected is mainly on my own interest. The interview asks me apart from studying, what do you do in your pastime? And then the interviewer asked more deep like who your favourite author and what type of books you usually read. This is a bit unexpected but this reminds me to be yourself in any interviews. The interviewer really can tell if you are true to yourself or not.
The interview consisted of going through a business case about an expert in a certain sector and how one would approach the conversation with said expert. Mimicking an outbound call to an expert.

They use a online video recording software to do the interview. Nothing special about the questions: introduce yourself, what are you passionate about, etc... The most difficult thing would be get used to talking to your computer and manage to say all you want to say in time.
