Interview
Straightforward. Initially, you are asked to provide resume. Then a recruiter would setup an online interview, where they ask relatively standard questions regarding their BREAD process. Finally, a language assessment test will be sent out and you are to finish it within 20 minutes.

the first ai round was really easy. then the actaully first round was also Pretty easy first round. Asks you the basic questions. tell me about urself, what do you do at school etc.
I only attended the first interview. The HR manager was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It was just a normal screening interview. Only self-introduction and motivation for application were conducted in English, and the rest were conducted in Korean. The HR manager asked questions focusing on my background and history rather than understanding the job itself.
First round all behavioral. Mostly talking about previous experiences, how it applies to AlphaSights, and why AlphaSights is a fit role. Wasn't difficult, but unfortunately did don't get selected for some reason even though I thought it went very well.
