I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Hong Kong) in Jan 2020
Interview
HR round was relatively easy, nice HR people, case round was okay, the final round was difficult and confusing, not sure what they were trying to achieve with the questions they asked. The interviewer at the final round was unprofessional and rude, not sure what type of culture they are trying to cultivate, but do it if you enjoy speaking on the phone and sales roles. I didn't enjoy this experience but have heard others like it
