Instruction for process was straightforward, easy to understand. The overall interview went really well. The first part was a phone screen where they called in and ask basic simple questions to get to know more about you as an individual. Then they sent out an email asking for a video interview.
The management consulting interview process typically involves multiple rounds, starting with screening calls, followed by case studies, and behavioral interviews, focusing on problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and cultural fit. It was more on the behavioural and cultural fit as opposed to the technical aspects.
Behavioral-based interview that is quite common among other firms. Really know why you want to be a part of the firm. Gave a video to watch and asked questions regarding that as well.
There are 3 rounds of interviews, 2 behavioral, 1 "case". First two rounds are easy but last round was an hour long of only behavioral questions. Overall not too bad but just very long
