So far only online application and online video interview. The next step will be interviews in person. So far the progress has been pretty straightforward and not too difficult. They are taking their time in replying though.

The video interview was very straightforward.
Questions: What makes a professional services firm successful? What do AlphaSight do? Where else have you applied? Which book are you currently reading?
You get 40 seconds and the camera doesn't stop so make sure you have enough to talk about
A hirevue completed online followed by a behavioral interview over zoom with an HR rep. It was fairly standard behavioral questions and they ask you to describe what the company does.
Process had three rounds: screener, case study, and final, hour long in-depth interview. The recruiter was very transparent and supportive throughout the process and let you know what to expect with each round.
Very smooth and takes place quickly after application and with a real person which is nice. The questions aim to test your understanding of the work you will be doing and the competitive landscape of the industry.
