I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Oct 2021
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first was with a really nice recruiter who walked asked some behavioral and background questions, as well as explained more about the company and position. The second round was two back to back interviews (1 hr each) - one case/role play and one behavioral. Last round was all behavioral with a VP - that vp then called me the next day with an offer. Everyone was really nice, but I was only expecting two not three rounds which was odd. Definitely a focus on making sure you are a good fit and understand the role you would be entering.

Tell me about a situation where you would go back and change a major decision you made.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
