The process was lengthy and thorough. I believe that’s the case because they want to make sure the position is a match for both you and them. Either way, it was the longest interviewing process I've had - and I've been going through investment banking recruiting haha.
Anyways, the first step was completing a pymetrics test.
Next, I was invited to a first round interview ~45 minutes, which was mostly behavioral.
After that I heard back within the week and was invited to a second round. The second round consisted of 2 interviews, each one-hour, back to back. The first one was a case study with role play of the position I applied for at the end. And the second one was situational/behavioral.
I heard back the same day and was invited for the third/final round with a member from their senior leadership team. That interview was ~1 hour and was very behavioral. Essentially, it was a genuine conversation of why/how AlphaSights, what I knew about the role and why I would be a fit.
I heard back the next day, scheduled a follow up call, and received my offer a total of 2 days after. The same member of the senior leadership team called me and delivered the news.
Overall they were quick to answer me, respectful of my time, and sent me prep materials which were really helpful! The only con was the lengthy process.
