Interview
4 stages
First is a short telephone interview around your interest in the role, company and why you are a good candidate.
Second is a zoom interview which focuses on the same areas as the first round but in more depth.
Third involves 2 parts. Firstly understanding their BREAD process and then completing a task involving a brief and generating a lead that would fit the criteria e.g. the client is looking into cybersecurity companies and wants to understand the difference in technology between the leading players. Who would be the best person to reach out to? The answer here would actually be somebody very senior in sales as they need to be very aware of their competitors product.
The final stage is another interview in further depth challenging why you are right for the role, your skillset, experiences, knowledge of the company/ role and why you want to work there.
