It was a video test, called AVA test. People are required to answer 6 questions and will have to 5 seconds to review the question and prepare. It easily made people nervous and uncomfortable. However, to overcome the bad feelings, enough preparation need to be done before the interview. Plus, try to answer the test Q as many times as you want, cause the result won't be saved. What was the most challenging thing you had to do?
30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
