I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
First had a phone screen with a recruiter just speaking about my background and some behavioral questions. Second round was a behavioral interview with a manager followed by a "case" interview. Final round with a VP was mostly behavioral questions and some situational mixed in. Overall, it was okay in terms of difficulty but it was a long process and took roughly 1-1.5 months.

Question 1
Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
