Interview
Initial phone call with a recruiter, case interview with a current associate, then a virtual interviewer with someone from leadership. The first call is mostly behavorial/checking to see if culture fit. Second interview was largely technical. Overall, fairly short recruitment process.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
