1st round phone interview, short about 15 mins, mostly on you motivation in applying and them explaining on the role
2nd round hr interview, behavioral and technical. A dig on your resume and also them asking questions like how to approach a field expert in xyz condition

Walk me through your CV. How did you manage multiple priorities
Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.
