Interview
The most long winded and extra interview process for the most npc job for the most npc company that looks like a pyramid scheme and that is meaningless to society. Its like they're imitating the interview processes of elite colleges and the big 4 companies.
The interview process is almost like a humiliation ritual and if you have any self-worth, you wouldn't apply here. I wasted my time memorising so much of their boring and mind-numbing information and I regret spending a month of my life doing interviews, preparing, and waiting weeks for their replies.
If you want to work for AlphaShites, I do have a few tips. You need to go to an Ivy League or Russell Group uni/college and you need to have some type of competitive hobby. You need to be super extroverted and almost insufferable. You also need to be a LinkedIn warrior. If you have no social life then you definitely need to apply.
First initial meeting with internal recruiter, second interview was a case study, third interview was an interview with the manager, fourth interview would have been another interview with the manager of the manager.
They ask a lot behavioural questions so make sure to prepare scenarios and use the STAR method. Memorise all the info they give you and regurgitate it like the most passionate robot.
