I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Sep 2024
Interview
Was asked to prepare by finding and reading a pdf file with content I more or less had to tell back to the interviewer. Was asked what the business model of the company was, its offices, and some data on the company itself.
The motivation questions were very basic and reflect most "top 10 questions to ask at interview" articles. I was not really interested in a sales job, so I was not enthusiastic, which the interviewer understood from my motivation answer.
Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
Coffee chat with Alphasights recruiter
One to one interview with recruiter - regular STAR questions, ended up asking about my proficiency in a third language I spoke even though that wasn't what I was recruited for
Interview with VP(?)
3-4 stages, last stage was really unexpected a far more intense behavioural and background interview, wasn't really given any materials from the company. However HR was super helpful whenever I reached out.
