Interview
The application process was very smooth - you have to fill out the application online with a few basic motivational questions, what you think they do etc. You then have a video interview which asks some fairly basic questions, you need to make sure you've researched the company sufficiently so you at least know what they do, why they do it (how it benefits their clients), and why you think you'd be good at it.
Then you meet with a hiring manager - interview was very well run, had some questions I definitely wasn't used to but they weren't things to catch you out, and in general she seemed very good at uncovering the information to see whether you'd be good for the role, and does a good job of describing what you'd be doing without making any attempts to oversell it.
