First screening phone call, then another call, then a case study. Case study is a bit vague if you don't entirely come from a business degree. Very open-ended. The first phone call and the second are pretty similar, they asked the same questions about why alpha, what other roles I'm looking at and my start date,
Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.
