It was efficient and they followed a prompt timeline. Interviewers were conversational. Nice balance of case study that allowed for mistakes and learning along with behavioral questions. It allowed me to show my personality and expand upon my decisions in the case study even if they weren't necessarily correct.
Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.

3-4 stages, last stage was really unexpected a far more intense behavioural and background interview, wasn't really given any materials from the company. However HR was super helpful whenever I reached out.
