I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied through my school's job website & online at AlphaSights. I received email asking for a prerecorded video interview. It was very awkward, wasn't too stressful, but I recommend practicing first and knowing the gist of what AlphaSights actually does is a must. There were 5 questions, you get 15 seconds to prepare for each and 30 seconds of video feed to answer them (except the one that asks you about their business allows 60 seconds for an answer).
