Interview
First, a 15-minute screening call, second, a 1-hour competency interview, third, a second competency interview, finally technically a case project and a meeting with the team. I am not sure as I did not get through it all.

Question 1
Screening call: general questions about me and my knowledge of the company.
Competency interview: previous experience and examples of success.
I only attended the first interview. The HR manager was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It was just a normal screening interview. Only self-introduction and motivation for application were conducted in English, and the rest were conducted in Korean. The HR manager asked questions focusing on my background and history rather than understanding the job itself.
First round all behavioral. Mostly talking about previous experiences, how it applies to AlphaSights, and why AlphaSights is a fit role. Wasn't difficult, but unfortunately did don't get selected for some reason even though I thought it went very well.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.
